Guide Review - A Piece of Cake Bakery

Did you know Minnesota has an official state muffin? It's blueberry. We do love our cakes here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes and one of the best places to indulge is A Piece of Cake Bakery in St. Paul. A Piece of Cake has almost 10,000 cakes: there's muffins (including blueberry), bars, cupcakes, cream cakes, brownies, cookies and pastries and they are all made from scratch, with fresh ingredients, from family recipies. The bright, sunny bakery has a couple of cafe tables and a full coffee bar. Across the street and one block west, is Bon Vie cafe, A Piece of Cake's sister business. It's a wonderful cafe that serves breakfast, lunch, and A Pice of Cake's baked goods if you are hungrier than just cake.
